Our Story.

More than one decades ago Günter Kaefer decided to pursue his passion for branding in greater depth. He teamed up with Professor Dr. Carsten Busch, head of the Brand and Media Institute IMM, Berlin. Their goal was to turn scientific insights into market applicable applications.

Together they developed and refined The Brand-Genome Process. A unique brand development process that has been implemented by more than 200 European and US companies achieving sustainable brand values in their respective national and international markets.

As the principal of Kaefer's Brand Genome as well as in his role as Director of Brand Strategy & Communication at IMM, Günter Kaefer continues to successfully develop unique brand proposition strategies and compelling, high impact brand communication tools for national and international clients.
